
Instead of espresso powder I used 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. I also threw in a dash of pumpkin pie spice for good measure. They are so flavorful. I left my bananas a little chunky, which I like. I'm excited to see what they taste like tomorrow since Baked says the flavor intensifies with time. If I keep eating them I won't have any left for the neighbors.
