I think this is the fastest and easiest thing I've ever made for delish. Everyone at my house loves hummus and this did not disappoint. I went with bottled roasted red peppers because they were $1.99 at Walmart for 2 cups. The texture was perfect and there was just enough spice. I love it and will be making it regularly.
